Strong WiFi connectivity, outdoor space for gatherings

The rooms need significant updates, including fixing broken amenities like shower heads and addressing serious cleanliness issues!!! Better soundproofing would help reduce noise from the street and hallways!!!

Favourable and unbeatable location, overall I liked the hotel.

Have stayed here many times and would definitely come back. Booked a room with double bed.

I booked functional deluxe room here with a patio, ac units. The location of the hotel was favourable and perfect - at a short distance from Saint Augustine Cathedral. There was a great restaurant not too far away from the property.

The good outweighs the bad (barely)

The location is convenient, just a hop from the streetcar to downtown! The staff were generally cute and helpful.

The cleanliness was downright alarming! I witnessed issues with trash and bugs, which significantly impacted my comfort.

Room 202. AC unit sounds like a circular saw with varying speed. It ran for 5 min. Then stopped for 3min and start the cycle all over again. I could not sleep! My first room 204,had a dirty tub. I changed to 202.

I had a nice time enjoying drinks by the pool and taking in some sun on the terrace. The hot tub and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation after a long day. Just a little thing to note, the room could use a tiny refresh, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

The employees are very nice. It was a clean,quiet, and relaxing. The location was easy to go in any direction and be either in the city or in the desert.

We were visiting the "boneyards" and location was excellent.

Dated rooms and the rooms were a bit bare could do with a few pictures. This was more of a Motel than Hotel.

The staff displayed kindness. The entrance and bar had a beautiful aesthetic that added to the atmosphere. One unique aspect I appreciated was that there were no bugs in my room, always a concern for me.

The facility was well maintained and clean. The free breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items. The staff was very helpful and willing to be of assistance.

Convenient location, near downtown and also friends in the area.

During my stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the breakfast was surprisingly good, with waffles being a highlight. The location was convenient for exploring Tucson. I did notice some room issues, particularly with outdated furniture and a door that was difficult to unlock.

That it was close to where we wanted to go out at night.

The fact that the restaurant/bar never seemed to be open and how thin the walls were.

The location was fine but not a good outlook as a lot of building work on both sides of the hotel
